Elementary 3rd-5th and Middle School students are invited to The Woods this summer!
While at camp, your child will encounter Jesus through the gospel, make lasting memories, and deepen their friendships with others.

Elementary Week 2 (Incoming 3rd-5th Graders): July 27th - 31st, 2025
-Registration closes when spots are filled or July 22nd, 2025
Middle School Week 1 (Incoming 6th-9th Graders): June 22nd - 27th, 2025
-Registration closes when spots are filled or June 22nd, 2025
These are the dates we are promoting to our students, however, there are other dates available if that works best for your family.
Cost:
The cost of the trip depends on when you register. The earlier you register the more you save.
The next price increase will begin on February 28th, 2025, so register soon!
You will be asked to pay the $150 deposit when you register.
If you register, Gibbsville Church will pay $250 of the overall cost per student for regular church attendees and $150 for any regular youth program attendees. You will be notified of the amount paid by Gibbsville Church.
The Woods will let you know what your remaining cost will be and how to take care of your remaining balance in June.

Frequently Asked Questions
Drop Off/Pick Up
Gibbsville Church will not be providing transportation for this trip. Thankfully, The Woods is only 25 minutes away!
Elementary Camp check-in will run Sunday from 4-5:30p. Camp pickup will be Thursday at 9-10a.
Middle & High School Camp check-in will run Sunday 4-5:30p. Camp pickup will be Friday 2-3p.

Cabins
Your campers will stay in cabins with 6-9 other campers and 1-2 adult leaders. Their cabins have plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms are within walking distance.
Students from Gibbsville will be placed together as much as possible.

Activities Available
The waterfront at The Woods has obstacle courses, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, and the blob. They also have a zip line, jumping pillow, high ropes course, 9-square in the air, mini-golf, archery targets, water obstacle course, carpet ball, a full-sized gym (with basketball, volleyball, dodgeball & floor hockey), tether ball, pop shot, gaga ball, 4 square, sand volleyball, and 4 way volleyball. They have it all!

What To Bring
- Bedding - pillow, sleeping bag or linens (twin size sheets and blanket(s)
- Casual Clothing - shirts, shorts, jeans, pajamas, underwear, socks, modest bathing suit
- Other Gear - rain coats, rain boots, sweater or jacket
- Footwear - sneakers, sandals, flip flops
- Toiletries - soap, shampoo, hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste, sunscreen, insect repellant
- Towels - bathing and beach
